At Skintellect Essentials, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 30-day return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@skintellectessentials.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
